Job Description - Outside Sales Representative

About Us



Join a company with over 35 years of trusted service in disaster restoration. ServiceMaster NCR is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our footprint across the DC Metro area. This is a field-based position focused on lead generation, relationship development, and closing new business.



Founded in 1986, ServiceMaster NCR has been a cornerstone in the restoration industry, serving both residential and commercial clients. Whether it’s a burst pipe or a major disaster, our mission is simple: to restore peace of mind quickly and professionally. As a ServiceMaster franchise, we operate with a small-business heart and the strength of a national brand.



What You’ll Do



  • Drive territory growth by building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, facility managers, brokers, and other referral sources.

  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C opportunities throughout the DC Metro area.

  • Represent the company at networking events, association meetings, and trade shows.

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to existing accounts and prospects.

  • Maintain consistent CRM activity logs, follow-ups, and sales reports.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless handoff of new accounts.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.



What We’re Looking For



  • 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience (Restoration, Insurance, Property Services, or Real Estate industries a plus)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Self-starter with solid time management and territory planning skills

  • Must be able to travel locally within the DC Metro area daily

  • Clean driving record (company vehicle provided after 90 days)
