We’re looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or looking to transition into a high-income opportunity, we provide the training, tools, and resources to help you succeed.
As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the insurance claims process.
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage, providing accurate estimates.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and satisfied customers.
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and referrals.
- Represent TEC’s commitment to excellence in every customer interaction.
What we’re looking for:
- A motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to learn—no prior industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
- Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (we’ll train you on everything you need to know).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

$70,000 - $175,000 a year
*This is a 100% commission-based role. Earnings are performance-driven, with top performers exceeding the upper end of the range. The salary range provided reflects potential earnings based on individual sales success.
