Our client is a leading distributor of plumbing fixtures, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, disposals, plumbing tools, water heaters, pipes, valves, tubing, fittings, and adhesives. They are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative for their Chattanooga branch, who will play a crucial role in selling directly to HVAC Contractors in the area. This role is pivotal to the company’s success, offering a rewarding opportunity for an ambitious sales professional.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with HVAC Contractors in Chattanooga, promoting our client's wide range of plumbing products.
• Collaborate closely with the branch team, which includes 3 personnel and a Profit Center Manager/Branch Manager.
• Report to the Profit Center Manager, providing regular updates on sales targets and customer feedback.

The selected candidate will undergo an onboarding process that lasts between 12 to 24 months, depending on their experience and industry knowledge. This process involves learning how to work in each department and understanding the business model of the company. During onboarding, the compensation structure offers a $50-60K base, which increases to $60-75K base after completion, supplemented by a profit share.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience selling Plumbing to Contractors. Candidates with experience selling other tangible products B2B will also be considered.
