POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage sales in the Washington DC Territory. You will be the face of our brand, building relationships with contractors, property managers, and builders to expand our market presence and deliver tailored solutions. If you thrive on forging connections, closing deals, and bringing visions to life, this is the role for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Build lasting partnerships with customers, including contractors, designers, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional service and product recommendations.
  • Territory Management: Strategically manage your territory, identify high-potential leads, and execute effective follow-ups.
  • Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance on our full line of products, demonstrating how they solve customer challenges and add value to their projects.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the store management team to ensure seamless service and support for your clients.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • A proven track record in sales in B2B environments.
  • Sales experience in related industries (paint or construction) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to learn technical details and confidently share knowledge with clients.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome the objection
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
