Outside Sales Representative

About the Opportunity

Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for building relationships? ABC Printing & Signs, a leading full-service print and sign company in Bonanza, AR, is looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in our territory.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a company that can truly do it all. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within a 50-mile radius of Fort Smith. This role is focused on growth, with an emphasis of approximately 80% new business development and 20% existing account management. What You'll Do

• Proactively identify, prospect, and cold-call potential B2B clients across various industries, including construction, real estate, marketing agencies, restaurants, and more.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and consultatively recommend effective solutions from our wide range of products and services.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales.

• A natural ability to network, connect with people, and build rapport.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales software and digital tools.

• A valid driver's license.

• Direct sales experience in the printing, sign, or custom graphics industry is a strong plus.

• A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

• Experience in identifying a client's potential needs and visually conceptualizing a solution.
