About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at YES Contractors as an Outside Sales Representative, where your passion for sales meets the opportunity to make a difference. In this role, you will drive new business and build lasting relationships with clients in Wall, NJ, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the pool construction industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services.

Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pool construction or home improvement sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs.

High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
