Outside sales representative

Synergy Companies help to provide no-cost energy-saving programs to applicants of the local public utilities. We are a subcontractor for California's natural gas, electric, and water utility companies. We have teamed up with these utilities to provide their customers with measures/items that we install to reduce the homes electricity, water, and natural gas usage. 

We are seeking highly driven and motivated applicants to join our team. We are in need of a cash sales person who is bilingual in Spanish. This position is commission based with paid training. Leads are provided to you. This role will include in person sales as well as phone call appointment settings.

Responsibilities:

• Convey products and services effectively to customers in person


• Convey the benefits of the services available to customers, training provided


• Become certified and badged for the energy savings assistant programs


• Have a friendly and outgoing attitude


• Keep regular communication with the office assigned technician, and manager


• Remain knowledgeable about programs 


• Driving to different areas

Compensations:

• First year's earnings potential ranges from 45,000 - 105,000 (OTE), varying based on one's performance with uncapped commissions


• $20 paid training starting out
