General Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth within assigned residential neighborhoods and select small-to-medium business (SMB) accounts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses primarily on selling residential broadband, voice, and managed Wi-Fi services, while also identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities where appropriate. The Outside Sales Representative will proactively engage prospects in the field, build relationships within the community, and serve as the face of the company in local markets. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to educate customers on the value of fiber-based internet and related services. This role is primarily focused on growth in PalmettoLink areas.
