Outside Sales Representative

Hodge Industrial Technologies is a leading provider of mission-critical compressed air systems and services for manufacturing facilities. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering tailored solutions that drive customer success.

In this role, you will manage a designated sales territory, guiding prospects through the entire sales cycle and fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate with service and engineering teams to deliver customized compressed air system solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and manage a designated sales territory, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and ongoing account development
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through on-site visits, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Develop and present customized compressed air system solutions in collaboration with service and engineering teams
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and lifetime value
• Respond promptly to customer needs and ensure reliable service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of B2B outside or field sales experience
• Proven experience owning a sales territory and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Track record of ongoing account development, including growing and retaining existing accounts
• Experience developing and presenting customized technical solutions in collaboration with service or engineering teams
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned territory

• B2B sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience selling or servicing industrial air compressors or compressed air systems

• Competitive salary of $70,000–$120,000 (base plus commission/OTE)
