Outside Sales Representative

Location: Milledgeville, GA 31061

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Milledgeville, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.


• Milledgeville, Dublin, Greensboro, Central Georgia 


• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.


• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.


• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
