Job Description - Outside Sales Representative and Key Account Manager - No. NJ/Bergen County

About this JobAs an Outside Sales Representative and Key Account Manager at Evenly, you will drive sales of our orthodontic services through in-person new business development, client consultation, client management, and revenue generation. Your territory will be covering defined and specific areas within the Northern New Jersey/Bergen County Area.

What you'll be doingManage a defined geography of accounts to grow the business by acquiring new dental practices through cold calling/prospecting and growing business with existing practicesPlan and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in the defined geography.Create & execute account plans for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities.Use a consultative selling approach to teach clients how they can integrate Evenly into their practice so they can offer more to their patientsUtilize data analytics to help drive client’s decision makingHelp onboard new high potential accountsBring your sense of urgency, growth mind-set, and high energy

What we're looking for in our candidates2+ years in sales or business development, preferably B2B dental or medical sales as both a hunter and a farmerAbility to qualify potential accounts, develop an acquisition strategy, and close dealsProven success meeting sales goals with documented awards and achievementsAbility to effectively consult with key decision makers and provide business solutions that meet their business needsAbility to engage and influence others through oral and written communicationExperience with Microsoft office and CRM systemsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
