Outside Sales Representative - Door to Door

The Opportunity

Sales Partnerships, Inc. is hiring high-energy Outside Sales Representatives to bring a respected and well known provider’s fast, reliable internet service directly to residents across Austin, Round Rock, and San Marcos. You’ll work assigned neighborhoods, connect face-to-face with residents, and help customers upgrade the way they live, work, stream, and stay connected.  This residential door-to-door sales role offers a reliable hourly wage, uncapped incentives, benefits, paid training and assigned territories containing eligible service addresses.

Compensation

• $20.90 per hour + Uncapped Commissions


• Expected schedule of 35 paid hours per week


• Additional contests and special performance incentives may be offered


• $200 monthly transportation allowance

Representatives meeting sales goals may earn an estimated $58,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on sales volume and product mix.  High performing reps can earn $75,000+ annually.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday


• Approximately 35 paid hours per week


• Afternoon and evening hours Tuesday through Friday


• Daytime hours Saturday


• Saturday availability required


• Four evening shifts per week

Typical selling hours are approximately 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday. Final schedules will be adjusted to total 35 hours.  Team kickoffs, required meetings and scheduled training are included within paid hours.

What You Will Do

• Visit assigned residential addresses where Provider's service is available


• Introduce residents to internet plans


• Explain service options clearly and answer customer questions


• Guide interested customers through the purchase process


• Follow up with prospective customers


• Accurately record activity and outcomes in the CRM


• Work assigned neighborhoods thoroughly and professionally


• Participate in team kickoffs, coaching and ongoing training


• Follow all customer privacy, safety and brand standards

This is a sales-only role. Representatives do not install equipment, provide technical support or handle customers’ payment information.

Qualifications

• Previous door-to-door or sales experience preferred


• Hospitality, retail, canvassing and customer-service experience welcomed


• Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred


• At least 18 years old


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Ability to pass a background and motor-vehicle-record check


• Comfortable walking residential neighborhoods and working outdoors


• Able to navigate stairs and carry approximately 10 to 15 pounds


• Available Tuesday through Saturday, including evening hours

This is an in-person field position serving assigned territories within the Austin–Round Rock–San Marcos area.
