What You’ll Do

Visit clients in their homes, listen, and guide them in choosing the perfect flooring

Provide expert advice on materials, styles, and installation

Manage proposals, follow-ups, and ensure 5-star customer experiences

Build lasting relationships and grow referral networks

Use technology (tablets, laptops, proprietary software) to stay organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in in-home or outside sales (flooring experience required)

Strong flooring knowledge and understanding of trends and installation

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and excellent follow-through

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy

Valid driver’s license
