Outside Sales Representative - Get Hired Fast

We seek a Sales Representative responsible for facilitating the rental and sale of products and equipment within our concrete and shoring business across a designated sales territory. The role entails generating revenue by cultivating sales leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers within the commercial and heavy civil/infrastructure construction sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new customers, actively seeking out promising leads.
• Attend to the needs of current clientele, offering technical expertise and support.
• Maintain detailed records of projects to effectively manage job sites and produce necessary reports.
• Assist in the bidding process and material assessments for projects.
• Act as a liaison for customer concerns during contract setup and completion phases, supporting Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Provide input on equipment and labor availability and clarify terms and conditions for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams as necessary.
• Drive revenue growth within commercial and construction markets by fostering existing client relationships and cultivating new accounts.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand target accounts and increase market share.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Deliver technical presentations on products and services.
• Host clients as required, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mathematics, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and the ability to visualize shoring, forming, and scaffolding setups.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the construction industry
