Job Description - Outside Sales Representative (Lansing, MI)

Ayers Basement Systems is looking for hard-working, dependable people with positive attitudes who are interested in being part of a rapidly growing residential construction company specializing in waterproofing basements and improving the structural integrity of our customers’ homes.

Prescheduled appointments through company generated leads. NO cold calling!

Comprehensive on-going training on sales processes to enable you to educate homeowners during 1-on-1 appointments.

Compensation package:

Lucrative Earning Potential: 100% commission opportunity, with the ability to earn $100,000-150,000 (in your first year).
Uncapped commission
Base pay for the first 90 days

What you'll do:

Drive to potential customers’ home and conduct sales appointments.
Write proposals for each customer account which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets.
Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visit customers as necessary.
We run morning, mid-day, and evening appointment slots. We also work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.

What you need:

Residential Construction Knowledge/Experience
3-5 years of successful in-home sales experience (preferred)
Ability to travel within a 90-minute radius daily for appointments.
Have a valid driver’s license with insurability.
Regular and punctual attendance.
Proficient working with computer software.
