Key responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales efforts in designated territories to generate new customer leads.
- Present and promote the benefits and advantages of NOVOS FiBER broadband services, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each potential customer.
- Answer questions and address concerns about service features, pricing, installation process, and other related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, interest levels, and follow-up requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Identify HOAs within assigned territories and develop relationships in order to build trust within the community and supercharge sales
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive company image at all times.
Preferred skills & expertise:
- Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a commitment to daily sales activities and goals.
- Knowledge of broadband services, fiber technology, and the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales-related training is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
