Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and target new B2B clients in key industries (e.g., retail, corporate, nonprofit).
- Prospect, qualify leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Estimator to develop accurate pricing and proposals.
- Present quotes and manage negotiations with prospective clients.
- Provide clear project handoff to the Account Manager after sale.
- Maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development, preferably in commercial printing.
- Strong understanding of print processes and estimating
- Proven track record of lead generation and client conversion.
- CRM proficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license; local travel required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits or client meetings as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites.
- Ability to lift and carry inspection equipment and materials up to 25 pounds.
