True North Restoration of Savannah is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop referral relationships and expand business opportunities throughout the greater Savannah market.
This is a true outside sales and territory development role.
You will be responsible for:
Prospecting for new business
Building referral partnerships
Developing relationships in the field
Scheduling meetings
Creating opportunities
Growing a territory over time
This is not an account management position with preexisting relationships handed to you.
The company provides training, structure, systems, operational support, and sales leadership — but success in this role still requires consistent activity, networking, follow-up, and business development effort.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build referral relationships throughout the Savannah territory
Conduct face-to-face meetings with property managers, insurance agents and adjusters, plumbing and HVAC contractors, commercial facilities professionals, business owners and local referral sources
Prospect and identify new business opportunities
Schedule and conduct discovery meetings
Promote restoration and emergency response services
Maintain consistent follow-up and territory activity inside CRM
Attend networking events, trade associations, and local business functions
Coordinate with operations and leadership teams to support customer experience and long-term relationship growth

Experience growing a local sales territory is a plus.
Experience in relationship selling with local commercial contacts is a plus.
Experience working with property managers, insurance agents or adjusters, plumbing or HVAC contractors, facilities teams, or local business owners is a plus.
Experience with restoration, insurance, property management, plumbing, HVAC, facilities, or construction-related industries is helpful but not required.
