Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, experience in roofing sales is not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Will Train knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry regulations is desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
