Riekes Equipment is an industry leader in material handling and warehouse solutions that continues to expand to meet the needs of our customers. Our growth creates this opportunity as we recruit an Outside Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for finding effective solutions for our customers to drive productivity and safety in distribution centers, manufacturing plants, food processing facilities, and more.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to drive their success while achieving your sales, market and profit goals.
• Prospect, set appointments, meet face-to-face, and present solutions to attract new business.
• Promote Riekes products, service, and people to differentiate us from the competition.
• Collaborate with the Riekes team to develop sales plans, provide outstanding customer experience, and drive profitability.
• All other duties as assigned.

The earning potential of this position is unlimited with a base salary, commission, and annual bonus based on profitability. The right candidate for this position should be driven to earn six figures through hustle, grind, and closing sales.  

Requirements

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Three to five years of outside sales experience connecting and closing deals with existing and potential customers is preferred.
• Self-motivated and self-directed. Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, and friendly.
• Able to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of clients and colleagues from forklift operators to executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). CRM experience is desired.
• Licensed and able to drive company vehicle.
