Outside Sales Specialist

Alder Pest Control is a family-owned, locally operated company built on character, integrity, and exceptional service. Since 2023, we’ve been raising the standard of pest control across North Alabama — and we’re just getting started. We're looking for a Specialty Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team of driven, service-first professionals.

Important: This position is for experienced closers only. Applicants must provide past performance stats (closing rates, revenue generated, rankings, or quotas hit).

What You’ll Do

• Run warm, pre-qualified appointments generated by our in-house team

• Perform detailed termite inspections for residential and commercial properties

• Diagnose issues including termite activity, conducive conditions, and structural damage

• Educate homeowners on prevention, treatment options, and long-term protection

• Build tailored proposals and clearly present your findings and solutions

• Use property diagrams to map out proposed treatments

• Convert inspections into closed sales with a consultative, trustworthy approach

• Actively follow up with leads, referrals, and prior inspections

• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets

• Stay sharp with ongoing training and industry certifications

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in pest control and/or sales

• Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting performance goals

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

• High moral character and customer-first mindset

• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
