Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Nightclub Street Team

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our Nightclub Street Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the nightlife industry and possess excellent communication skills to build relationships, drive ticket sales, and promote the nightclub's events. This role involves representing the nightclub in the local community, engaging potential customers, and helping to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the nightclub’s events, special offers, and memberships to potential customers in the local area.
• Engage with target audiences through direct interactions on the street, at events, or through various community engagement efforts.
• Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and event details to drive ticket sales and awareness.
• Cultivate relationships with local businesses and influencers to drive cross-promotions.
• Assist with event activations, special promotions, and on-site marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics to the sales team.
• Represent the nightclub’s brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive public image.
• Attend networking events, festivals, and other local activities to promote the nightclub’s events and increase its visibility.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotions, preferably in the nightlife or entertainment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for promotions and events.
• Comfortable with both independent work and collaborating in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic setting.
