Outside Sales Territory Manager

EH Wolf & Sons is a family owned and operated company distributing fuels and lubricants to a wide range of industries. Due to a retirement, we are seeking a territory sales manager in Northwestern Wisconsin. This position will focus on growth and account management in northwestern WI.

Compensation package consists of a base salary, uncapped commission program, company car, healthcare benefits, 401k matching program, discretionary profit sharing, vacation & paid holidays. The position currently has a book of business to manage and the expectation will be to grow the product lines we carry.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience in the lubricant and fuel industry
• Knowledge of selling B2B
• Willingness to travel overnight as required
• Self starter
• Takes initiative to learn new products and processes
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Hunter mindset and accountable

Requirements

Minimum requirements

• CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Sage, etc….)
• Bachelors degree or related experience
• 3-5 yrs of sales experience with proven success
• Understanding of sales processes
• Flexible and understands accountability
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understands how to sell value added solutions
