Colours, Inc. is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team in the Baltimore, MD area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive paint and supplies industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.

· Provide expert advice and detailed product knowledge to customers.

· Meet and exceed sales targets.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

· Stay informed about industry trends and new product developments.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive paint and supplies industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 

· Must be able to pass a background check.
