Job Summary: Outside Service/Bag Room Attendants is responsible for greeting, servicing, directing, and providing members and guests with excellent customer service. Bag Room attendants ensures members are provided with proper information and a clean, well maintained, fully stocked golf cart.

Essential Job Functions:

An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following essential duties:

· Assist in storing, staging, and returning of golf carts.

· Detailed and cleanliness of all golf cars.

· See that all carts are accounted for, recharged battery and ready for operation.

· Provided excellent customer service to all members and guests.

· Perform general custodial duties to maintain work areas and ensure all areas are always clean and presentable. 

Qualifications and Skills:

· Attention to Detail and the Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.

· Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

· All Applicants must be 16 years or older.

· Oral Communications and relational skills.

· Follow and relay oral and written instructions and policies and procedures.

Abilities:

· Prioritize tasks at hand

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees 

· Operate and maintain equipment (ball dispenser, range picker, leaf blowers, etc.)

· Work outside in varying weather conditions

Physical Demands:

The work is light work which requires exerting up to 30 pounds of weight to move objects. The following physical abilities are required:

· Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. 

· Walking and Running: There are times when the golf course is busy. Employees may have to walking or run quickly up and down a slight ramp or stairs.

· Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time.
