Flexible hours. Looking for team members that can work some weekday mornings and days.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Outside Service Attendant is often the first point of contact for members and guests arriving at Riverside Country Club. This seasonal role centers on delivering outstanding customer service in the bag drop and cart staging areas, maintaining the driving range, and keeping the cart fleet clean and ready. A basic understanding of and enthusiasm for golf is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Greet members and guests warmly at the bag drop and cart staging area.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist members with golf bags, transport bags to carts, and storage.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain the driving range, including picking and cleaning range balls and refilling ball pyramids.

  
  


• 
  

  Stage, clean, and perform basic maintenance on golf carts.

  
  


• 
  

  Set up and take down the practice areas daily.

  
  


• 
  

  Proactively assist members throughout their visit.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the bag drop area clean and organized.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist golf shop staff with daily operations as needed.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Basic understanding of and interest in golf.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work long hours on your feet outdoors.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license required.

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.

  
  


• 
  

  Frequent lifting of golf bags and other items up to 50 lbs.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in outdoor conditions including heat and sun.
