Oven Operator Muffins

POSITION SUMMARY:

Monitors and controls industrial ovens to Bake racks of product according to specific standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Proofer/Oven Operator

• Safely and efficiently operate ovens, including setting and adjusting temperature, and time controls.


• Pull racks of product into the designated room.


• Push full racks of product into the proofer.


• Utilize control panel to monitor the process.


• Pull the racks out of the proofer and push them to the oven area.


• Operate the oven utilizing the control panel.


• Open the oven door and push the racks into it.


• Push the rack into the oven.


• When the product is done baking, pull the rack out of the oven.


• Push the racks to the beginning of the packaging line.
