Overnight Associate - Leading Industry Pay

TITLE: (Customer Support Specialist 2) Overnight Safety Advisor 

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: First 60days onsite in Peoria (training) Then 3 days onsite / 2 remote 

LOCATION: Caterpillar LC Office- 501 SW Jefferson Street Peoria, IL 61605

DAILY SCHEDULE: 6:45 PM to 7AM CT  *Rotating schedule, weekends and holidays required (If they work a weekend then they will get days off during week, rotate holidays with team)

Job Description:

This role is for a Customer Support Specialist/Safety Advisor in the 24/7 Caterpillar Safety Monitoring Center. You will analyze data and video from in-vehicle systems, such as the Driver Safety System (DSS), to notify on-site personnel of operator fatigue or distraction while driving. Ensuring operator fatigue and distraction event are reviewed, verified, classified and logged for analysis and record keeping. 
 
Safety Advisors must be capable of working at a stationary workstation for long periods of time. All work is completed at a computer station and scheduled shifts are 12 hours.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and video from in-vehicle systems, such as the Driver Safety System (DSS), to notify on-site personnel of operator fatigue or distraction while driving.
• Ensure operator fatigue and distraction event are reviewed, verified, classified and logged for analysis and record keeping. 
• Communicate through MS Teams
• Team of 3 onsite at one time / 12 hour shifts 

Requirements: 

• Computer skills
• Multi-tasking
• Proof reading or inspection of documents of in house software's and apps
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years customer service related experience required.
