Overnight Associate | Third Shift | Covington, KY

We are seeking a dependable, self-sufficient Overnight Associate to help support our Men's Ministry team for people in recovery by covering shifts when full-time staff are on PTO. This role is essential to the safety, cleanliness, and hospitality of our facility during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, physically capable, and mission-driven, able to work independently and maintain a secure and welcoming environment for our overnight guests.

Important Details:

• This position is completely solo: The Overnight Associate is the only staff member on duty and must remain on premises at all times unless relieved by another employee.
  
• This is a physically demanding role: The facility is multi-level and requires frequent use of stairs and physical effort throughout the shift.
  
• In-person second interview required: Due to the physical nature of the job, candidates will be invited to tour the facility as part of the final interview to ensure a clear understanding of the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete light maintenance duties throughout the facility, including:
  
• Sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning in dorms, chapel, basement, dining hall, restrooms, and common areas
  
• Launder all bed linens and remake overnight client beds each morning
  
• Supervise client wake-up and exit procedures in the morning
  
• Brew and provide coffee for breakfast service
  
• Answer the phone and assist with inquiries as needed
  
• Take out trash and maintain facility cleanliness
  
• Remain on-site and on-duty at all times during the shift
  
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests during overnight hours

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and remain on-site for the full duration of the shift
  
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including climbing stairs and lifting
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
  
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow procedures without direct supervision
  
• Willingness to work weekend and weekday overnight shifts as scheduled
  
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule:

3rd Shift - Must be flexible - 12am-10am, 4 days a month (Work 2 shifts one week, off one week, repeat for a total of 40 hours per month)

Pay:

$15-18/hr paid weekly
