BrightStar Care of St. Simons Island, GA is looking for dedicated Overnight Caregivers to join our team. At BrightStar Care, we provide compassionate, in-home care for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily activities, companionship, and a helping hand in their homes.

We prioritize work-life balance, offering:
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, in both home and facility settings
- Varied assignments, including a range of procedures and treatments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
- Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor’s appointments, and pharmacy visits
- Support clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan, and document changes to the Director of Nursing
Requirements:
- CNA or PCA certification (don’t have one? We can help you get certified!)
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience
- CPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license, insured, and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Experience:
- Caregiver, CNA, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar roles
