We provide essential services to individuals in West Michigan, including Ada, Grandville, Wyoming, Grand Rapids, and beyond. From personal care and companionship to homemaking and dementia care, we work to bring comfort, dignity, and joy to those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility support during the overnight hours as needed
• Monitor the client’s well-being throughout the night, ensuring comfort and safety 
• Provide emotional support and companionship when the client is awake during the night 
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a caregiver is a bonus but not required—we provide training!
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a caring attitude.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring clients as needed.
