Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen, dining, and restroom areas during overnight hours

• Put truck items away in an organized fashion.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Follow safety and health regulations at all times
