Front Desk Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our community. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

- Assist residents with inquiries and provide information about community services

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

- Walk the community to monitor safety and ensure a clean, welcoming environment

- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols

- Coordinate with maintenance and management staff as needed

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred

- Ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations
