Overnight Cook

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Overnight Cook to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. What you will do 
Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Overnight Cook is responsible for mastering all menus and food items offered throughout the hotel, as this role supports Room Service, the Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo. This position prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and established quality standards. The Overnight Cook works all stations on the line—including grill, sauté, and cold line—and prepares food items with consistent quality by following recipe cards, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. Responsibilities include completing mis en place, setting up stations for all meal periods, and properly managing the temperature of meat and fish. Additional duties include starting food items that require advance preparation while ensuring production does not exceed estimated needs. The cook is expected to scale recipes precisely to the gram and to operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment, including the deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat‑top grill. 

What you bring 

• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred 

• Food Handlers Certifications  

• Work authorization in the United States
