Overnight Dispatcher - Full-Time and Part-Time | Atlantic City

Since 1929, the Geiger family has provided luxury transportation across the Tri-State area. Geiger's Limousine & Transportation is hiring full-time and part-time Overnight Dispatchers for our busy Atlantic City office.

Schedule Overnight shifts, full-time and part-time positions available. We operate 24/7, so weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support a team of professional chauffeurs


• Receive, confirm, and enter all reservations accurately in our dispatch system


• Record thorough, accurate trip notes


• Create and organize schedules


• Manage a multi-line phone system, computers, printers, and time clock


• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch center strongly preferred


• Reliable availability for overnight shifts


• Professional telephone etiquette at all times


• Excellent verbal communication skills


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Takes initiative and solves problems independently


• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly - we use Santa Cruz Dispatch and will train the right candidate
