Overnight Floor Maintenance (FT)

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and buffing as required.
• Carry out routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Assist with the organization and restocking of inventory as needed during overnight shifts.
• Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with management to address any facility-related concerns promptly.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in maintenance, custodial, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform duties that require lifting and extended periods of standing.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
