We're looking for a skilled Floor Tech to help keep our facilities clean, polished, and safe. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining floor surfaces using professional equipment and techniques. What You’ll Do:

• Clean and restore floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing


• Use floor care equipment like buffers, auto scrubbers, burnishers, and carpet extractors


• Vacuum and shampoo carpets to maintain a professional appearance


• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to supervisors


• Track and manage supply levels; request restocks as needed


• Assist with general janitorial duties as part of the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a floor tech or in janitorial services (preferred but not required)


• Comfort and skill operating floor care equipment


• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality results


• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended shifts


• Dependable with reliable transportation and a solid attendance record


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
