Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of professional attitude, behavior and ethics.
• Presenting a professional appearance by dressing in proper uniform.
• Check-in/Check-out guests while maintaining a warm and professional attitude at all times.
• Efficiently handling all cash and charge transactions for guests’ accounts.
• Post charges to the guest and group accounts 
• Track room revenues, occupancy percentages and other operations statistics.
• Run end of day process in property management software. 
• Assist with transportation requests.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and re-stocking supplies for the next shift.
• Other duties as assigned by Hotel Leadership.

Requirements

 Essential Requirements

• Night Owl.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Understand principles of auditing, balancing and closing out accounts.
• Maintain lobby presence when not tending to guests.
• Must have excellent communication, phone and hospitality skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Prior hotel and overnight audit experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.
