Overnight Shift Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive overnight supervision and care


• Assist with nighttime routines and morning preparation


• Help with mobility, repositioning, and incontinence care as needed


• Offer companionship and reassurance during nighttime hours


• Perform light housekeeping and prepare simple meals/snacks if needed


• Monitor client condition and report any changes


• Complete required documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals


• Comfortable working overnight hours in a home setting


• Ability to stay alert and responsive throughout the shift


• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with seniors


• Prior experience (PCA or CNA) preferred—but we will train the right candidate

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle (must be willing to drive to/from client homes)


• Clean driving record


• Ability to pass background check and drug screening


• Current TB test and physical (bonus helps cover cost)


• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)


• 2 personal and 2 professional references


• Fluent in English (read/write/speak)


• Authorized to work in the U.S.
