Overnight Parking Deck Maintenance Technician | Porter

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Schedule: Full-Time Overnight Shift | Wednesday - Sunday, 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Walk the parking deck and stairwells daily to remove trash and debris


• Spot pressure wash designated areas around the property as needed


• Remove grease, oil, and gum stains


• Clean valet areas, parking equipment, signs, glass, and mirrors on a daily and weekly basis


• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property


• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor


• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Someone who takes pride in doing things right and cares about people


• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more


• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods


• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold


• Valid driver's license


• At least 18 years of age


• Friendly, dependable, and able to work well with guests and fellow team members
