A day in the life…

The Night Auditor's duties include (but not limited to):

• Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Check guests in and out.
• Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk ins.
• Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome.
• Occasionally get guest cars from valet parking lot

The Security Agent's duties will include (but not limited to):

• Respond to individual guest needs and concerns.
• Patrol property, both inside and outside.
• Check security locks and alarms on doors and stairwells.
• Escort guests as needed.
• Submit written reports.
• Work cooperatively with local law enforcement.

• Have front office experience, preferably with some audit experience.
• Are computer savvy.
• Have a flexible schedule and be available for weekends and holidays.

• Strong technology skills, use of Microsoft Suite, Hotel Management Systems (preferred), alarm systems
• Strong communication skills
• De-escalation techniques
• Clean driving record, able to drive manual transition

Salary: $23.43 - $23.72
