Job Description - Overnight Shift Cashier

Position: Cashier (Overnight Shifts)

Availability: Currently hiring for overnight shifts – weekend availability is required.

Job Summary: The cashier position is crucial to the daily success of our store. As a guest-facing role, you will often be the first point of contact for our customers, making it essential to provide a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Sincerely thank guests for their business.
- Promote our rewards loyalty program.

Operational Duties:
- Proficiently operate the POS system.
- Ensure accuracy and excellence in cash handling and fuel transactions.
- Maintain organized, stocked, and sanitary workspaces, including bathrooms and pump stations.
- Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite coffee.
- Adhere to all established food safety and health code guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Overnight Requirements:
- Prior experience working overnight shifts preferred (or being a night person).
- Ability to work solo and self-manage.
- Excellent time management skills.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Reliable transportation is a must.
