Job Description - Overnight Weekend Nurse - Home Care/Private Duty

Overnight Weekend Nurse
Home Care / Private Duty
Friday & Saturday Nights
7:00pm – 7:00am

NurseCore is seeking an experienced skilled nurse to provide home care for a high-acuity, tech-dependent patient in NW Las Vegas.

What you'll do:

Manage and maintain the patient’s ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, pubic catheter, and wound care.
Educate and support the family, empowering them to navigate care with confidence.
Collaborate with the patient’s care team, including physicians, your supervisor, co-workers, and other medical providers.
Monitor complex conditions while delivering compassionate in-home care that prioritizes comfort and dignity.
Perform other nursing duties as needed based on the patient’s condition.

What it takes:

Active LPN or RN license in Nevada.
1+ years of hands-on clinical experience.
Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, and G-tubes.
ICU or ER experience is a plus!
Current hands-on CPR certification.
Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
Successful completion of a background check.

For this specific case only: RN: $45 - $55 hour. LPN: $30 - $40 hour.
