 Wendy’s is looking for a dedicated and motivated Overnight Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during late-night hours. If you have leadership experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you join our team!  

Requirements

• Supervise and lead the overnight crew to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns efficiently.
• Train and coach team members to follow Wendy’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Handle cash transactions, register operations, and nightly deposits.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Prepare and stock ingredients for the morning shift.
• Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or shift management role (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and managing reports.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
