Job Description:

• Formulate and implement policies for overseas station construction and assist in the signing of service agreements.
• Develop the planning, strategy, methods, and workflows for overseas station construction.
• Establish service station capability models and service standards.
• Implement the KPI system for the service station.
• Plan, train, and guide Field Service Engineers (FSE) in service network development.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and evaluate service station performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or language disciplines.
• Familiarity with after-sales service, network, and strategy.
• Proficiency in Office software.
• Over 3 years of experience in overseas after-sales service, logistics, or industrial/auto spare parts.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are preferred.
