Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and dependable Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience operating a 26-foot box truck, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and the ability to commit to extended periods on the road.

This position is ideal for a responsible, safety-conscious driver who is comfortable with long-distance travel and committed to maintaining professionalism, reliability, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on long-distance, over-the-road routes.
  
• Transport and deliver freight or other assigned cargo in a safe and timely manner.
  
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and required documentation.
  
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and management.
  
• Ensure cargo is properly secured and protected during transit.
  
• Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, delays, or other concerns promptly.
  

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of verifiable experience driving a 26-foot box truck.
  
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no license violations.
  
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle and applicable regulations.
  
• Demonstrated commitment to safe driving practices.
  
• Ability to travel for extended periods and work independently.
  
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to follow instructions.
  
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of three consecutive weeks on the road.
  

Schedule and Travel Requirements

• Over-the-road travel assignments lasting a minimum of three weeks at a time.
  
• A potential one-week period off may be available when needed, depending on scheduling and operational requirements.
  
• Flexibility to accommodate long-distance routes and changing delivery schedules is required.
