Visma Public Cloud Program expands its cloud portfolio with 4th vendor - OVHcloud. Thus, to keep empowering Visma companies to leverage public cloud technologies, Visma Product Development is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to drive our OVHcloud initiatives within the Public Cloud team.

Visma's central Public Cloud team drives public cloud adoption, optimizes service utilization for cost-effectiveness, and champions a sustainable approach.

What are your main responsibilities?

• Assist Visma teams in determining whether OVHcloud is the right platform for their needs


• Guide and support companies in designing their architecture by facilitating the migration of applications to OVHcloud


• Participate in Visma's Architecture Board and contribute to the development of best practices


• Integrate vendor-driven programs and initiatives into the Visma ecosystem


• Utilize FinOps expertise at an enterprise level to optimize financial operations


• Maintain the highest standards of governance and security within the organization


• Drive operational efficiency by automating routine tasks and processes


• Engage in knowledge-sharing activities to empower teams and enhance cloud operation skills


• Act as a trusted advisor across various public cloud initiatives

What are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's in IT or equivalent relevant experience in the field


• Demonstrated hands-on experience working directly on OVHcloud


• Proficient in both written and verbal communication


• A proactive and confident individual who takes responsibility and contributes to initiatives


• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently


• Enthusiasm for technology, with a commitment to continuous learning and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the field


• Fluent in English (B2 + level) - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries.
