Minimum Requirements
Must have the legal right to establish and operate a Limited Liability Company (LLC) (or equivalent business entity)
Proven leader, skilled in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Resilient, adaptable, and committed to long-term success
Motivated by autonomy, financial freedom, and building something meaningful
Ability to manage day-to-day operations including staffing, customer service, inventory, and performance goals
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of operational experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or multi-unit operations
Experience as a former Owner-Operator, Store Manager, General Manager, or Assistant Manager
Knowledge of store operations including inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and customer service
