PA 551 Caregiver

Become an in-home caregiver with Comfort Keepers Keepers and join a compassionate team dedicated to providing personal care and companionship for older adults in State College, Boalsburg, Bellefonte, and surrounding areas of Center County.
You will allow seniors the comfort of receiving non-medical care in the familiarity of their own homes. In addition to helping older adults maintain their health and well-being, you will work to provide them with positive experiences that enhance the quality of their lives.

Benefits for caregivers:
$14.00 per hour Monday- Friday Non-weekend schedule
$17.00 Per hour Monday- Friday & alternating weekends(Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities for caregivers:
Help older adults with Daily task such as light housekeeping and organization
Accompany seniors to the store, Doctor appointments, pharmacy
Organize transportation
Genuine concern about helping others :
Must be 18 years old
Personal and business references
Valid Driver's license, Automobile insurance and registration
Reliable vehicle
Background check required
Permission to submit to random drug and alcohol testing
Must accept responsibility for learning and adhering to comfort keepers policies and procedures, function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision, and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members.
