PA/ FNP - Clinic - Full -Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected
healthcare organization in Alturas, CA, to recruit full -time Physician
Assistants (PAs) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join a collaborative,
patient -centered clinic team.

Under the direction of the Medical Director and
Clinic Manager, the PA/FNP provides comprehensive primary care services to
patients and families, with an emphasis on disease prevention, health
maintenance, and patient education.

Schedule: Full -Time | On -Site

What You’ll Do

• Perform physical exams, obtain
  medical histories, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  
• Order and interpret diagnostic
  tests, prescribe medications and perform minor procedures
  
• Provide women's health services,
  prenatal care, family planning, and well -child visits
  
• Collaborate with healthcare team
  members on patient care plans
  
• Educate patients and families and
  provide referrals as needed
  
• Stay current with medical
  advancements and promote patient safety and quality care
  

What We Are Looking For

PA Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences ; Graduate
  of an accredited PA program
  
• NCCPA certified & Active California
  PA license
  
• DEA registration (if applicable)​
  
• Completion of required CME hours and
  recertification; supervised by a physician
  

FNP Requirements

• Active California RN license
  
• Master’s degree from an accredited
  NP program
  
• National FNP certification (or
  certification eligible)
  

Additional Qualifications

• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
  
• Strong English communication skills
  & basic computer proficiency
  
• Ability to work effectively with
  patients of all ages
